Ascot liaised with the end client to provide design ideas on how best to utilise the new base build warehouse for the business to operate in a functional manner whilst maintaining the high security that the business requires.
Following the successful delivery of this and additional projects across the estate, Ascot were approached to provide the National Service Contract. We have now implemented our CAFM and Portal systems and continue to manage the estate 24/7 through our national delivery team.
