Our engineers will work with you to ensure the process is managed professionally throughout to ensure your equipment is maintained to the latest standards to meet your site/legal requirements whilst also taking into consideration site logistics and costs.


Planned Maintenance / Repair – Our in-depth knowledge and trading relationships with the leading manufacturers ensure we are able to effectively manage your repair / maintenance requirements.

Monitoring / Control – In February 2015 Ascot opened its 24 hour operations room which support our 24 hour call out operation whilst also undertaking remote monitoring of our clients’ sites where requested. This service will enable systems to be controlled and monitored remotely which ensures we are able to respond to issues promptly. We can also issue reports on various aspects of your electrical equipment including fault trends and energy usage.

Portal – As part of our maintenance proposal Ascot will provide an online Portal which will incorporate all information necessary to manage your maintenance requirements.
