Installation of all the LPHW and CHW pipe work associated with the installation of Fan Coil Units
Project 1 -
The development is supported by Salford City Council. The main tenant upon initial completion will be the BBC at its new 12,500m² BBC Centre, and it is hoped that other media related companies will join them.
Ascot Services installed all the LPHW and CHW pipe work associated with the installation of the fan coil units located on the second floor and each of the floors then upto the seventh floor.
We had to install the pipe work from the base build pipe work located within the riser cupboard and then installed the pipe work throughout the floor to supply 21 fan coil units per floor, all the tube was heavy grade and each section was screwed and threaded. A plastic ABS condense pipe was also ran to each unit.
