Distribution

A new 415V 3 phase & neutral supply was installed from the main MCC though the building to a new TP&N distribution board located in the first floor plant room to supply the new Air Conditioning and supply capacity for future expansion.
3 phase supplies where installed on new cable tray routes to isolators mounted adjacent to the condensers.
Single phase supplies where installed 7 terminated at fused spurs adjacent to each cassette unit.

Condensors

Ascot civil personnel excavated and constructed a new reinforced plinth and mounted 2 new Daikin VRV condensers.

Cassettes

Ceiling cassettes where installed within the open plan office. The office was divided into 4 zones with each zone being controlled by a centrally located wall mounted controller.
Individual wall mounted cassettes where installed in each of the perimeter offices with individual wall mounted controllers hard wired to there respective units.

The project involved the installation of air conditioning to the office on the first floor of South Liverpool Housing at Parklands Speke.

The new systems where installed to provide cooling to both open plan and individual offices throughout the department.

All builders and decorations work required as a result of the installation where undertaken by Ascot fabrication team.
