O&M DOCUMENTATION:
Our Technical Authors have many years’ experience in the production of operating
and maintenance manuals to BSRIA codes of practice. Operation & Maintenance manuals
are a statutory requirement of any new build or fit out of a building and include
the following but not limited to :-
Information Required
To enable us to commence production of the manuals the following information is required
from the client: -
• A full set of drawings, including system schematics & line diagrams.
• A copy of the project specification.
• Plant and equipment schedules.
• Copies of purchase orders for all plant and equipment.
• Any manufacturers’ literature that may have been received.
• Sufficient copies of As Fitted drawings for inclusion in the manuals.
• Completed commissioning report (if not prepared by A C S UK Ltd)
